About Commission

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions if it's beyond my abilities.

  • Commissions are for personal use only and for non-profit purposes. Please consult me if you're interested in commercial usage.

  • You are NOT allowed to claim my work as your own

  • I reserve the rights to upload or post the works you commissioned, unless otherwise discussed

  • The arts you are commissioning from me should not be used for AI purposes, or NFT usage.

  • Please provide references of the character(s) that you wish to be drawn.

  • Prices listed are base price, there may be additional costs for complex background/design.

  • I retain full commercial right to the artwork, Including but not limited to marketing, selling prints or digital products, etc.

Payment

  • Full upfront payment or a 50/50 split (before and after sketch) is accepted.

  • You are NOT allowed for refunds once the work has started.

  • All Payment are final once work has started

By placing a commission, you agree to my terms and conditions

  • Once I accept your commission, it will be added to a waiting queue. I will contact you again after I finish the commissions which are ahead of yours.

  • Turnaround time may vary depending on my workload. I will provide update if there are any delays.

  • Changes such as completely different poses, character, outfit, etc, are not allowed if I have start rendering the piece.

  • Major changes can only be made during the sketch phase. After that, only minor changes are allowed within reasonable number of requests.

  • The final deliverable will be a digital image file(.png ) that will be sent to you via E-mail.

  • I will be switching working between Patreon, Comms and Personal art to keep myself from burnout, but ideally I can finish your comms within 1-2 weeks once I started doing yours
